Complaints, Comments and Suggestions
We welcome feedback to help us develop and improve our service. If you are unhappy with the arrangements for a hearing or with any part of the service we have provided while handling your appeal, raise the matter with us right away and see if we can resolve it. If that isn’t possible our complaints procedure
sets out how we will investigate and deal with your complaint and the timescales involved.
Decisions made by Tribunal members in exercise of their duties are only subject to review by the Appeal process. If you have a complaint about the conduct of individual tribunal members which is not related to a decision taken by them in exercise of their duties, there is a judicial complaints procedure
which must be followed.
