Parking and bus lane appeals

The Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal is part of the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland.

It considers appeals against Penalty Charge Notices issued by many, but not all, councils within Scotland for parking contraventions.

It considers appeals against bus lane enforcement notifications for three councils: Aberdeen City Council, Edinburgh City Council and Glasgow City Council.

It does not consider appeals if your parking or bus lane Fixed Penalty Notice was issued by the police.
