Appeal online

You can complete your appeal entirely through PBLA Online.

The process is straightforward and you will be guided through the process step by step. You can log in throughout the appeal process for updates, and we will contact you by email if required.

Providing evidence

Whether you appeal by PBLA Online or by post, you will be asked to include evidence for your case. 

Evidence might include: 

• witness statements
• documents
• photographs
• maps
• videos

If you cannot appeal online

If you are unable to make an appeal online, you can request an appeal form by phoning 0300 303 5760 or emailing pbla@scotcourtstribunals.gov.uk and providing your name and address and brief details of your claim. Once you have received and completed the form, send together with copies of your evidence to:
