The General Regulatory Chamber is a Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland created by the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014.  The functions of the Scottish Charity Appeals Panel were transferred on 12 January 2018 to the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland  and allocated to the General Regulatory Chamber.

The Charity Appeals jurisdiction of the First-tier Tribunal deals with appeals against decisions made by the Office of the the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR); the body which regulates charitable activity in Scotland.
