Complaints, comments and suggestions
We welcome feedback to help us develop and improve our service. If you are unhappy with the arrangements for a hearing or with any part of the service we have provided while handling your appeal, raise the matter with us right away and we will do our best to resolve it. If that isn’t possible our complaints procedure sets out how we will investigate and deal with your complaint and the timescales involved.
If you have a complaint about a tribunal decision, you can lodge an appeal via the appeal process, which can be found under Hearings and decisions on both the Charity and Parking and bus lane appeal pages.
If you have a complaint about the conduct or behaviour of individual tribunal members, there is a judicial complaints procedure, which must be followed.
