Forthcoming appeals

The Tribunal aims to list hearings efficiently and with as much advance notice as possible.

Details of forthcoming hearings, including the name of the appellant, the date, time and location of the hearing, will be published here, unless the Tribunal has ordered that the appeal is to be heard in private or that particular details should be withheld.

Where a hearing is to proceed in the absence of the parties, the date on which it will be determined will be listed instead.
