Register of appeals

 

The Tribunal maintains a public Register of Police Appeals Cases, which is available for inspection free of charge.

Unless otherwise directed by the Tribunal, the register will include:

  • Case reference number
  • Name of the appellant
  • The decision being appealed
  • The date of the hearing or paper determination
  • Details of any notices to attend
  • The final outcome of the appeal (the decision)

The register may be made available electronically. Certain information may be withheld where required by law or where ordered by the Tribunal for reasons of privacy or justice.
